We are based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We do not have a retail storefront and our products are only available online.
Please visit our Contact page to send us an email. If you've already placed an order with us and want to get in touch about that specific order, you can also reply to your order confirmation email. We'll respond as quickly as we can to help you out!
Don't worry, we do not include the price on any of the packages that we ship out!
Delivery dates are not guaranteed. We guarantee that we will mail your order to the address you provide to us. We mail via Canada Post, which means your gift should arrive 5-7 days after we put it in the mail, depending on the destination zip code. You will receive an automated email with your tracking information when we create the mailing label, so you can track your gifts' progress to its final destination. Once the package is in transit, we are no longer in control of it. Occasionally Canada Post experiences delays, especially around major holidays. We are not responsible for these delays.

Yes, we ship internationally. International orders may take up to 3 weeks or longer depending on destination.
No, sorry. The best we can do is we can sometimes ship same day for local delivery next day via Canada Post's XpressPost or Priority.
We can ship within Canada and internationally (United States, etc.).
