Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for order processing, verification, production and an additional 2-5 business days for delivery. International orders may take up to 3 weeks or longer depending on destination.  

Once parcels are collected from our shop, they are then property of the respective shipping partner (Canada Post). We are legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please ensure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email us at designnest.ca@gmail.com. Include the following in your email:

  1. Your order number

  2. Name on the order

  3. Email the order was made with  

  4. Your request and most importantly

  5. A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.
